The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed forward Tyler Kennedy to a two-year extension through the 2010-11 season, it was announced today by GM Ray Shero.Kennedy, 22, played 55 games for the Penguins last season, registering 19 points. Kennedy was drafted by the Penguins in the third round (62nd overall) in the 2005 Entry Draft.
Kennedy can play right wing and center. He should play on Pittsburgh's 4th line this season.
