Islanders claim Thomas Pock off waivers

The New York Islanders have claimed defenseman Thomas Pock off waivers from the New York Rangers. Pock has played in 59 career NHL games and has scored 7 goals with 7 assists for 14 points.

Pock should finally get a chance to play regularly in the NHL this season.

he wont start. witt,sutton,martinek,streit,campoli,gervais,meyer, hillen and possibly skinner and lee are ahead of him. he may be ahead of skinner and lee though. but still thats 9 guys in front and 8 depending on how long campolis injury is.

woops. i meant 8 possibly 7. he'll be our 9th guy or 8th depending on campolis injury and how good skinner and lee are ( or how good pock is)
