The Tampa Tribune is reporting that the Paul Ranger will not be ready to play hockey games until the start of October due to recovery from his shoulder surgery.
The Trib also reported that Nick Tarnasky broke his thumb after getting hit with the puck. He'll be out 2-3 weeks.
