Jakub Voracek should stick with Jackets

The Columbus Blue Jackets took part in the 8-team prospects Tournament in Traverse City that just ended.

Right winger Jake Voracek, as expected, was arguably the best player in the tournament.

Voracek, 20, is expected to make the Blue Jackets' roster out of training camp, so the decision was made to rest him the last two games of the tournament. Voracek will now head to the Jackets big camp and will try impress Hitchcock and Howson in order to stay start the season in Columbus.

The right winger is an explosive skater, with dynamic offensive ability. He recorded 101 points in 53 games with the Halifax Mooseheads last season in the QMJHL.
