Ottawa Senators general manager Bryan Murray announced today that the club has signed forward Brad Isbister to a one-year, two-way contract.
The 10-year NHLer spent the 2007-08 campaign playing for the Vancouver Canucks, where he recorded six goals and five assists in 55 games.
This is a depth move from Murray as Isbister is not expected to stick around after training camp unless a forward is moved.

Whatever happened to Isbister??? When he was 22-24, he was averaging almost 20 goals a year, but he's been a huge BUST since the lockout........
I wonder if he has issues off the ice that have contributed to his downfall?? Plenty of players show real potential only to fail to improve their game.......
If big Brad has a decent camp, I can see the Sens moving Neil for sure.....
where are the montreal and ottawa team predictions from The Source??
He was BRUTAL last year. Worst player on the ice every night.
Yeah, I know.......his play dropped bigtime!
I'm just wondering why, there has to be a reason......
