Rolston: no fracture

Forward Brian Rolston had an X-ray on his right ankle Thursday night in Atlanta and it was negative, meaning there's no fracture. Rolston suffered a high-ankle sprain in the third period of Thursday night's 1-0 win over the Thrashers when he lost an edge and crashed into the boards.

Roslton left the building on crutches with a boot on his his right foot yesterday. He will not play against Washington Saturday. It is still unknown how much time he will miss, but the good news is that there is no fracture.
